Diabetes Mellitus is now alarming world with its dangerous effects.somany people over the world are suffering with diabetes.
Diabetes is not a disease,moreover its a main cause to get illhealth with different health problems .
Diabetes may cause health problems from eye to legs ,heart,kidneys,liver,and finally whole body will be effected with this Diabetes mellitus.
This is because of the changed Daily routine of people, proper dietary habits ,lack of proper excercise
leading to fall in the irreducible diabetes mellitus .
For the past 15 years diabetes is in increasing trend .
One and only one way to get rid off this diabetes is to control it,No other means will help to come out this health problem.One should have perfect and exact idea about how to control when attacked.

In this process ,glucose carried out to cells should be properly utilised by the body ,for this proper functioning ,we need insulin hormone.
But in some people ,this hormone is not produced and thus glucose will not reached or carried out to cells resulting diabetes mellitus .
In some people ,even insulin produced sufficiently ,glucose will not reach blood cells ,and thus resulting Diabetes mellitus in our body .
In other words ,increase in the glucose level in blood cells than the permitted level can be treated as Diabetes Mellitus .
There are two types of Diabetes mellitus namely Type 1 and Type 2 which i will discuss in the next upcoming article.

Symptoms Of Diabetes Mellitus :
The person who is attacked by Diabetes mellitus should be aware of taking of himself/herself because its a life long health issue ,
One should notice the following symptoms if you have doubt about this Diabtes.
- Excessive hunger .
- Excessive thirst.
- Excessive urination.
- Fast weight loss
- Itching at private parts .
- Dental problems.
- Burning sensation in hands and legs .
- Cavity problems.
Prevention Of Diabetes Mellitus
"Prevention is better than Cure ".. I think you well know this proverb.so its better to prevent any disease than curing it after attack.
So Let us discuss some points to prevent diabetes .
Tune Up Your Daily Routine :
Changing your daily routine to some good level ,will help to prevent diabetes.Adding little excercise,waking up early,drinking enough water,contrlloing obesity will automatically reduce the risk factor of Diabetes .
Controlling Weight :
Obesity is the most common problem today ,but one should have to be aware to avoid the sugar attack .Excessive weight may lead to different health problems even after the attack of diabetes ,so controlling weight also plays a major role .
Avoid Sugary products :.
If we add sugar products to our diet ,glucose level may fluctuate in our body ,its a regular base thing ,but if we take in excessive level the glucose level may increase in blood cells and will cause in positive result of diabetes melllitus.
Foods like processed drinks,cool drinks,white rice,sweets ,smoking,alchohol consumption ,added sugar foods should be avoided .
Regular Check Up:
One should be aware about attack of diabetes according to age and heridiatary .If you notice considerable symptons of diabetes ,go and check up with your doctor.
Walking :Even though its a simple to listen ,it will have great impact on us in preventing diabetes.
Regualr Walking will help in this regard.
